As you probably have noted our web site has a
decidedly nautical theme to it. The reason for that is our interest
in sailing and sea kayaking. We live in the Pacific North West in close
proximity to Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands. We are both
outdoor enthusiasts enjoying camping, kayak camping, hunting, hiking, and
of course sailing and sea kayaking.
I serve as senior pastor of Valley View Baptist Church and Academy. I have ministered here along with my wife Dawn, since 1977. Dawn has served as the lower learning center teacher/supervisor in our Academy for the past 12 years. We have two children, Micah and Noelle, who have graduated from our church school and have recently graduated from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. They are both married and living in Minnesota. I suspect mid-western trips will become a way of life for us! |
